Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026Welcome to Digiwave IPTV. By visiting our website, buying a subscription or using our streaming service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before you buy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
1. Subscription Limits & Device Rules
Every subscription covers a set number of simultaneous connections. By buying, you agree to the following:
- Single-device plans: a standard 1-device subscription can stream on one device at a time only. Streaming on several screens at once with a single-device plan isn't allowed.
- Multi-device plans: to stream on several devices at once (up to 5), you need to buy the matching multi-device plan. Each device on your plan gets its own login.
- Location freedom: multi-device plans can be used in different places, on different IP addresses and in different countries without connection conflicts. Think your home, a cottage, a relative's house or your phone on the go.
- Automatic enforcement: if we detect a single-device subscription streaming on several devices at once, the account is flagged automatically and may be suspended without a refund. If your household has grown, contact us to upgrade instead. It only takes a few minutes.
2. Payment Terms
All payments go through secure, encrypted channels. By buying, you acknowledge that:
- No auto-renewal: we never charge you automatically. When your plan runs out, you decide if and when to renew. No surprise bills, ever.
- 1-month subscriptions are non-refundable: once created and activated, 1-month plans can't be refunded, as explained in our Refund Policy.
- Chargebacks: if you open a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team to sort out the issue, you'll receive a permanent ban from all our services.
3. Service Availability & Content Disclaimer
Delivering live TV depends on third-party networks, broadcast sources and internet infrastructure that we don't directly control. For that reason, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- Lineup changes: we may add, change or remove specific channels, VOD categories or regional feeds at any time without notice. These changes are a normal part of the service and don't count as a service failure.
- Your connection matters: smooth streaming needs a stable connection on your end. We recommend 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. We're not responsible for buffering, delays or interruptions caused by your Wi-Fi setup, internet provider slowdowns, throttling or restrictions.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to do anything that abuses or degrades the service. This includes, but isn't limited to:
- Downloading, recording or saving streams to local or cloud storage.
- Rebroadcasting, restreaming or redistributing our streams to any other server, platform or audience.
- Reselling access or logins without an authorized reseller account.
- Trying to reverse-engineer, probe or interfere with our apps or infrastructure.
Breaking these rules leads to immediate, permanent account termination without a refund. Where applicable, we may also take civil legal action.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our service, technology or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using the service after an update, that means you accept the revised terms.
